We are committed to enhancing education by building
schools for children and supporting elderly homes. Our initiatives
include installing streetlights in remote areas & constructing
troughs for animals. We prioritize sustainability by improving
efficiency, reducing waste, & promoting renewable energy.
We uphold fairness, honesty, and anti-corruption in
all our operations. Additionally, we plant trees each year
to enhance the quality of life for our workers
and foster a greener community.
Sustainability is central to how we define responsible growth. We continuously work toward improving resource efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting environmental stewardship through initiatives such as tree plantation and community-led development.
In 2026, we will further expand our CSR focus through a water-centric initiative aimed at improving water security and conservation in rural areas. We also plan to publish one of the first Sustainability Reports in India’s ship recycling industry, reinforcing our commitment to transparency, accountability, and measurable progress.
Empowerment lies at the heart of our CSR vision - uplifting communities while strengthening the well-being of our people. We invest in education for underprivileged children, contribute to healthcare support for vulnerable groups, and undertake need-based initiatives that improve everyday quality of life.
At the same time, we remain deeply committed to our workforce through dignified living conditions and comprehensive care, including safe accommodation, subsidized meals, health insurance coverage, and occupational health support. We are also proud to advance gender inclusion by employing women - creating opportunities with dignity, independence, and progress.
