With over three decades of experience, Priya Blue Industries has grown to become India’s largest Green Ship Recycling Facility. We specialize in the safe, responsible, and sustainable recycling of a wide range of vessels, including FPSOs, FSOs, VLCCs, VLOCs, Drill Ships, Rigs, and more. Our commitment to environmentally sound practices as well taking care of our people’s welfare has made us a leader in advancing sustainable ship recycling, setting new benchmarks for safety, efficiency, and global industry standards. We were the first yard in India to provide labour quarters for its workers since inception. 

Mr. Sanjay P. Mehta founded Priya Blue. It was his vision that lead Priya Blue to become India's largest and greenest ship recycling yard.
Priya Blue features a front yard of 21,636 square meters, 310 meters of sea frontage, and a freehold back yard of 88,888 square meters, dismantling and product segregation operations take place here. 

We have three green ship recycling yards in Alang, they contain ample amount of area for scale operations and other ancillary activities, as well as impermeable flooring throughout the yard with effective drainage system in addition to state-of-the-art equipment and tools that expedite recycling.

Excellence in Action: Our 
Key Achievements

At Priya Blue, our expertise and capabilities are reflected in our remarkable achievements. We take immense pride in holding a Guinness World Record for the recycling of the largest vessel ever built, the St. Mont.
In addition, we have successfully recycled the longest passenger vessel in history, S.S. Blue Lady (formerly SS France and SS Norway). This vessel contained a significant quantity of asbestos, and its recycling was carried out at our facility with the highest level of precision and care, strictly adhering to all environmental and safety regulations.
